Since there was some excitement with the 1929 Business Directory listings for Kolbuszowa, I wanted to post some additional information I have about the occupations  from the Polish side of the family tree.  This information is mostly gathered from Passenger Lists and Census Records.

Thanks to the Kolbsuszowa Regional Research Group, I was able to look through the translated  1929 Kolbuszowa Business Directory.  The following are listings matching surnames already in our family tree:

The Koczońs

My grandfather recently found a Koczoń Family Tree group on Facebook, which so far seems to be fairly active. I’ve made a connection there with a woman whose line is also from Kolbuszowa and many of her relatives still live there.  I’m curious to see where it leads.
